reduce heating costs to a minimum.

A biomass boiler could be used in conjunction with a local authority recycling plan. Turning mounds of recycling into energy, reducing issues over storage of recycled paper, producing heating i.e. for your local council building. Housing stocks will have to be assessed. Depending on number it may be possible to sample an estate, but please speak to our office where guidance and help is on hand to make your plans compliant.
